I’m so excited that you are interested in becoming a contributor for the Entrepreneur City Holiday Giveaway Extravaganza! This event is a triple threat, and a triple win for the audience, you and me - and just how I like to do co-creative projects with follow colleagues and business owners!

 

Having spent the last decade in digital marketing and production, working with 6 & 7 figure business owners and empire builders, I know the importance of collaboration. It takes more than a village...it takes a city to build your dream business!

 

As a contributor, the idea is for you to grow your list quickly with hot leads, and doing it in a way that cost you less money than even the lowest costing advertising...and of course save you so much time  -  it doesn't have to take years to build your tribe! Plus, we want to focus on the value we're are giving the audience members.

 

This event will gather dozens of industry experts with an expertise in the following categories: Visibility & PR; Strategy & Execution; Mindset & Transformation and Executive Business Scaling & Social Media.

 

Each contributor will offer a high value free gift and will share the event with their community through emails and social media. Similar events have generated thousands of new qualified leads for my clients and other contributors, and my intention is that you get the same awesoe results!

 

There is a $97 contributor fee and a selective application process (to ensure unique, high quality gifts for our participants).

 

Contributor spots are first-come-first-serve so if you’re in, reserve your spot now! The order in which you sign up, pay and sign the agreement will be the order in which you appear in your category on the page. 

 

My team and I will make it super easy for you to participate. Once you reserve your spot, you’ll receive an email with your simple next steps. Plus, we’ve outlined our requirements below.

Event Details

How It Works

Visitors are directed via email and social media posts to a main Giveaway landing page. There they opt in and receive access to a webpage that lists all contributor gifts and raffle items.  

 

Visitors can pick and choose which gifts and categories interest them the most. When a gift attracts their interest, they click on a “Get Access” button and they are directed to that contributor’s opt in page. Visitors then subscribe to your free offer and get added directly to your email list and funnel!

 

Dates

The Giveaway begins on December 3, 2018 and runs through December 24, 2018. Emails and social media promotion must go out in this time-frame.

Participation Requirements

List Size

The list size requirement is 5,000.  We also ask that your list be comprised of ideal clients for the category you choose to participate in. For instance, Social Media category should have a list of business owners who utilize social media (authors, speakers, coaches, etc.)

 

Contributor Fee

The fee to participate as a contributor is $97. Click below to reserve your spot now.

 

Promotion

Contributors are asked to send 2 solo emails to their list and post to social media at least 3 times between December 3rd and December 24th. All copy will be provided. (In a few rare exceptions, we can accept fewer emails.)

Your Responsibilities

Create an Irresistible Giveaway Offer!

We want all our contributors to ideally receive thousands of new leads through this event. For us to do this, we need everyone to create a HOT, HOT offer and one that will help the audience members take on 2019 with a bang! The more irresistible the gifts we offer are, the bigger the exposure, and the more we can gain from the hype and excitement which always equals more opt-ins.

 

This doesn't mean you have to create anything new...maybe just an update to your title and throw in some extra sizzle and sparkles with a bonus offer to up the value of your offer. Please feel free to reach out if you need help or some brainstorming on this!

 

Submit Your Application and Provide Required Materials

Once you submit your contributor fee, you will receive an email that details your next steps and includes a link to the application form. This form collects everything we need to include your free gift on the main Giveaway Page. Applications are due ASAP.

 

Create Your Opt In Page and Thank You Page

To capture your new leads, create an opt-in page that describes the benefits of your free gift and a way for visitors to subscribe. In addition, you’ll need to create a thank you page which provides a download link or instructions on how they can access your free gift. You will be provided with graphics and boilerplate language to include on your opt in page indicating you are participating in the Giveaway. Your opt-in page and thank you page must be submitted to us for review by November 10th, 2018 .

 

Promote the Giveaway

Between December 3rd and December 24th, send your 2 solo emails and promote to your social media channels. We will provide you with sample emails, graphics and social media posts that you can use as is or edit to your voice and what your community resonates with. Through joint promotion, we all win!
